Each bottle of Collagen & Ceramides+ contains 60 capsules lasting 1-2 months.

Why have I not received my refund? 

Our refund policies state that once received, we’ll review and inspect any return you’ve made to us. The time it takes to check these returns and approve or decline a refund might vary depending on different factors. If you’ve not received an answer for your refund, please be patient; we’ll contact you with the status update as soon as possible.

When the return is approved, we’ll refund your money immediately through your original payment method. Keep in mind that depending on the payment method, your bank or provider might take a few business days for your refund to be processed.

Where is my order?

While it is true that we handle the order from the moment you buy it, this handling only extends to when we deliver it to the shipping company that will take your package to you.

We always suggest checking the tracking number associated with your LIFIO order first to see if that tracking number has any insight for you. We have the same info as you to figure out where your package is with the tracking number.

How long will it take for me to receive my package? 

We always hope that you will receive your package within 3-5 business days; however, due to COVID or other weather related situations, we have seen packages take up to 2 weeks to reach the customer. Take into account that this applies to national shipping.

If you live outside of the country, the shipping time can be further extended and can take up to 30 days to be received. We truly appreciate your patience during this process, and all of our channels are available for you to contact us if there’s any inconvenience with your package.

How much does it cost for international shipping? 

The international shipping price varies depending on the country that you’re shipping to. This happens because each country has its own customs fees, and as such, at LIFIO, we cannot access or provide any information about international shipping costs. The final shipping price will be determined by the shipping company, as they’re the ones that ultimately handle the shipping logistics to the destination country.

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship to all countries that do not currently have restrictions on COVID. As such, there are a few countries that are not allowing the United States to ship to their country, and LIFIO is forced to abide by these regulations. We do hope to be able to expand LIFIO in the future to be able to ship to any country.
