Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Due to the increase of online orders over the past few months and the lessened workforce of logistical companies, unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
The reason is that we pass the items off to a third-party logistical carrier, USPS or UPS. USPS and UPS are not related in any way to LIFIO, and as such, we have no control over their logistic operations. We also don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, which is why we’re forced to rely on external companies to manage our deliveries, making us unable to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.
For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf. At the same time, If the shipping insurance is opted out of, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipping speed for international orders can vary and depends on the destination country. The final cost may also vary depending on the courier used. You can, however, request us to ship your package with a specified international courier.
We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
